The onsite facilities include fitness, sauna, coffee bar ski-wardrobe and underground parking. Finishing - painted walls, equipped B/WC, flooring laminate and terracotta tiles as applicable, window framing is PVC with double-glazed joinery.



The building was finished in March 2023 before the end of the winter season. All the apartments are facing southeast or west and receive lots of sunshine in the winter.

The sizes of apartments start from studios at 28 sq. m and vary up to spacious penthouse with service rooms, elevators and facilities. The apartments comprises of a modern kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom with toilet and a terrace.
