Location of the STREAM RESORT

The Stream Resort is located in the winter resort Pamporovo in the "Malina" district. It lies on the road to the town of Shiroka Laka and within 250 meters of the valley-stations of two gondola lifts. The building ground, on which the complex is situated, faces south-east with a magnificent view to the ski runs and Snejanka peak. Across the plot runs a small stream that gives the name of the vacation complex and will represent a part of the project's park zone. Ideal for holiday letting during both the ski season and summer holidays.



FINISHING WORKS

Insulations

The external insulations are of the best quality on the market: Neopor, 5 cm thick, made by BASF. Neopor, an expandable polystyrene (EPS), is the innovative refinement of the classic BASF invention for insulation and packaging, Styropor. Foams made of Neopor are silver-gray because they contain graphite, which considerably enhances the insulating capacity. Insulating materials made of Neopor offer advantages over other materials in terms of cost-effectiveness and are instrumental in saving resources and protecting the environment. Moreover, the value of buildings fitted with thermal insulation made of Neopor is enhanced and the living comfort is significantly improved.

Expected increase of building thermo insulation is 30%.



Roof

The roof covering are shingles, made by the Italian company TEGOLA Canadese and have proved to be an excellent material for the area of Pamporovo. The shingles meet the contemporary design requirement and offer exceptional weather resistance and a long maintenance-free life.



Outside walls

Wood Paneling made of high quality pinewood. After being processed, the panels are painted with two layers of protective coating and two layers of varnish, all manufactured by the leading supplier Akzo Nobel under the trademark of Sikkens. Color is a combination of mahogany and black. They guarantee long-lasting protection of the wood and nice, consistent color.

Stone Paneling Delivered from the best fields in Northern Bulgaria, it will compliment the wood paneling on the facade. Stones are light gray in color and have irregular shape. Though being harder to combine on the wall, for example one person can arrange not more than 2.5 sq.m. per day, they will enhance the natural look of the building.



Energy Efficiency Program

The Stream Resort is planned to be heated by central heating supply. As a result of the additional

investments and of the involvement of a specialized in the area of energy efficiency (EE) consulting company /CES AD; www.kes-sofia.com/ we managed to effect high energy efficiency indices for the Stream Resort. The adoption of the latest heating methods using ecological and in the same time cheap fuel wooden waste will bring advantages to the owners of the building. Advantages as a decrease of the heating-related costs by up to 50% in comparison with the figures, corresponding to the commonly used electricity, clean and effective heating method, tax exemptions etc. We are expecting to reduce the cost for heating the building and the hot water from EUR 500 to EUR 1000 per apartment per season.

High-quality 5-chamber PVC window frames, which provides perfect heat and noise insulation.



Doors

The front and inside doors with natural oak veneer, and made by Slovenian company "Jelovica, lesna industria, d.d.", a company devoted to wood processing since 1905.
