PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

The first year of ownership the management fee is provided free of charge by the developing company. Thereafter, each chalet will be charged ( 6 )six euros per square metre per year as a maintenance fee for the chalet and overall up keep of the site including all common areas.



PAYMENT TERMS:

- 30% is paid at the commencement of the chalet construction.

- 20% is paid at the completion of the first floor level.

- 30% is paid at the completion of the second floor level including the chalet roof.

- 20% is paid on completion of the chalet and the total site - at which point the ownership of the land and the chalet will be transferred to the buyer.



HOW TO RESERVE A CHALET:

To reserve your chalet a deposit of 2023 Euro is required. A Deposit Contract is signed as a proof of the payment. At this point your mountain chalet will be removed from the market. This amount of money is deducted from the final scheduled payment when a Ownership Contract for the purchase of the chalet is signed.

The VAT element is to be paid with each scheduled payment.
