St. Vlas is one of the most beautiful Bulgarian sea resorts. Being located in the foot of “Stara planina” mountain this area provides the best combination between constant sea breeze and fresh mountain air. St. Vlas is developing very fast but still it has the enchantment of a coastal village.
The complex we offer you is brand new built with high quality materials-outer isolation, HDF doors, PVC double glazed windows with wooden effect. It consists of eight semi-detached houses with three apartments in each which gives you privacy very rarely found in bigger complexes. There are swimming pool with a children section, lobby bar and lovely garden with flowers and bushes, and small altar as well. A fitness centre is in a process of construction. The big parking lot provides enough spaces for all owners and their friends. The area is calm and quiet with pleasant restaurants around. The proximity of the big resort Sunny beach gives you the opportunity to combine full relaxation with night life and numerous tourist attractions.
All apartments are finished with Spanish terra-cotta tiles in the living-rooms and the passages. Bedrooms are with laminated floorings. Bathrooms are fully equipped. The price includes air-conditioner, boiler and kitchen cupboards in each apartment. There is an option for furnishing at a very reasonable price.
The sizes of the apartments vary from 52 to 102 sq.m. All of them have a sea view.
