It consists of eight semi-detached houses with three apartments in each which gives you privacy very rarely found in bigger complexes. There are swimming pool with a children section, lobby bar and lovely garden with flowers and bushes, and small altar as well. A fitness centre is in a process of construction. All apartments are finished with Spanish terra-cotta tiles in the living-rooms and the passages. Bedrooms are with laminated floorings. Bathrooms are fully equipped. The price includes air-conditioner, boiler and kitchen cupboards in each apartment. There is an option for furnishing at a very reasonable price.
