Chamkoria Chalets is a luxury development of ski chalets and apartments located in the mountain resort of Borovets. It is set in the exclusive Super Borovets area and just meters from the new mountain golf course and ski lift. The complex has a spectacular location set in a secluded meadow and surrounded by age old pine trees. All the properties have magical views of pine forests and mountain peaks.



Borovets is the oldest and most exclusive mountain resort in Bulgaria. Situated on the northern slopes of the Rila Mountain at an altitude of 1350 meters, the resort enjoys a breathtaking location huddled amongst age-old pine woods right at the foot of Mount Musala (2925 m), the highest peak on the Balkans.



The launch of the Super Borovets project will transform the area and result in large property price increases. The existing facilities will be improved and vastly expanded. Currently Borovets has around 55 km of pistes. This will be extended by 100km creating a huge ski domain. Over 300 million Euros is being invested and the Bulgarian government is supporting the project.



Due to the thick forests there is very limited land for building in Borovets. This means that the area will remain exclusive and cannot be over developed. As a result your property will continue to grow in value in the years ahead and rental demand will remain strong.



On completion Chamkoria Chalets will operate as a boutique hotel and aims to become one of the most exclusive locations in Borovets.



Borovets Investment Information:



•The Super Borovets project is investing over 300M euro in to the area. The project now has Equest Balkan (a UK listed investment fund) and the State Fund of Oman as majority shareholders. These companies bring with them a wealth of international development experience and are very serious about progressing the new ski lifts and expanding the pistes

•Borosport Ltd is investing 70M Levs over the next 3 years to increase the ski pistes and facilities in Borovets. The pistes will increase to 120km.

•Borovets is less than 1 hour from Sofia airport and 90 minutes from Plovdiv airport which makes it the best connected resort in Bulgaria

•95% of Borovets is covered in forests. This means there is very limited building land in Borovets and the area cannot become overdeveloped. This is very good for the future growth of your investment both in terms of resale and rental.

•Two 18-hole golf course are planned as part of the Super Borovets project (one of these is beside our development)

•Prices in the area are currently growing at 25% per annum

•Rental yield on our properties is estimated at 8-10% per annum
