Way of finish:



FACADES: The façade walls are made of 25 cm thick bricks, insulated with 5 cm thick EPS heat insulation that the silicate plaster is put on. All the phlints are insulated with 4 cm thick XPS.



INSIDE DIVISION WALLS: The inside division walls are made of ceramic bricks which are 25 cm thick between the neighbouring apartments and 12.5 cm between room of the same apartments.



FLOORS: Corridor floors are covered with granitogress. kitchen and living rooms with terracotta,

all bedrooms are cover with laminated parquet.

DOORS AND WINDOWS: MDF doors are placed at all interior spots. All the windows have a 24 mm thick PVC double window frame.

Rough construction: stable ferroconcrete structure, brick front walls, complete thermal insulation.



All apartments are supplied with central heating. Furniture is available on demand.



FINISHING WORKS:



The walls and ceilings are entirely painted with latex. The walls in the

bathrooms are cover by ceramic floor tiles.



ELECTRICITY: Light switches, power outlets and lights will be installed. There are wiring for cable TV, door bell and buzzer systems.



WATER SUPPLY: The water supply system is made of polypropylene pipes with terminals for hot and cold water. The taps will be in place.



COMMON SPACES: All common parts are finished. The walls and ceilings are painted with latex, floors will be covered with granitogress, stairs with granite.



ELEVATORS: There will be one luxurious elevator with automatic doors.

Pamporovo is a modern ski resort in the heart of the Rhodope mountains. It is the sunniest Bulgarian mountain resort with wonderful snow throughout the whole season. Pamporovo, the pearl of the Bulgarian mountain resorts, is situated in the heart of the Rhodopes, some 260 km away from the capital Sofia, 85 km to the south of Plovdiv and 15 km from Smolyan. The climate in winter is moderate/mild with a Mediteranean influence. Typical of his region is that nature does not change its moods abruptly, there is no danger of avalanche, and that guarantees the tranquility and safety of your vacation. If you cannot ski, this is not a ragedy, the ski-school in Pamporovo is one of the best in Europe. highly qualified instructors, speaking at least two foreign languages, train the beginners, in groups or individually. Specialists will help you to make the snow-board a part of your body.

The Pamporovo resort is recommended by the experts as a good place both for the beginners and for experienced skiers. The mountain with its rounded forms is friendly, even to children.
