Villa Bordo II is a 4 - storey apartment building. It has 15 apartments and each apartment will have a ski room. The average typical apartment is one bedroom with floor area of about 65 sq.m., but diverse choices are available – from studios of about 38 sq.m. to 2 bedroom apartments of about 100 sq.m. All apartments have terraces offering breathtaking views of Pirin Mountain.



Building materials used in the construction of the edifice are of highest quality, suitable for the local climate and perfectly matching the natural beauty of the site. The flooring will be terracotta and laminar parquet; the wall will be latex painting.
