The construction will start in March 2005 and will be completely ready on the 20th of December 2005 just for the start of the new ski- and snowboard season!
The holiday village shall consist of two-storey chalets with 91 sq.m. of total built-up area and own landscaped garden of 130 sq.m. To the ground floor the accommodation comprises of modern open-plan fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar area (the buyers can choose from 3 types of kitchens), pleasant dining area, stunning living room facing a cozy fireplace which can have central location or be constructed on one of the side walls in the living room, wardrobe and a toilet. An attractive wooden round staircase is giving access to two sizeable bedrooms with two small terraces and family bathroom/wc on the second floor. Immaculately presented, each chalet will be supplied with a parking lot and local security system included in the price. Satellite TV is to be installed in each of the houses upon further request. Most of the furniture and equipment is included in the price! The Forest Nook Chalets will benefit from reinforcing steel construction and outer heat insulation of the walls and will be completed in the following manner:
- several colour option of the outer plaster, which can be combined with wood and stone pitched dam facing.

- roofs: tiles in “old Bulgarian” style, matted over wooden construction

Property managment
First year the property management is provided free of charge by the developing company. After that the management will be done against a small monthly fee (to be announced later).All Forest Nook Chalets will be marketed for rental.
Our services include:
- Sourcing for you all further items needed to get your chalet ready to rent out (electrical appliances, bed linen, cooking utensils, and all the bits and pieces needed to get them to a standard for renting out).
- Accepting rental payments (credit card facility)
- Cleaning, washing, ventilation of the chalets.
- Advertising and communication with potential customers/tenants.
- Meeting customers at Sofia or Plovdiv Airport/Pamporovo and transportation to your chalet.
- Giving/collecting keys, instructions for the use of the chalets, assistance for guests while renting the chalet.
- Payment of utility bills (electricity, water, cable TV, annual local tax).
- All services required to keep the chalet in good condition.
- For the above services we charge a percent of the profit after running costs. Regular monthly rental reports are sent to the chalet owners showing you the occupany, costs and net income.
RENTAL OPPORTUNITIES
Once ready, all Chalets will be advertised for rental.We are also planning to develop further advertising campaigns to promote our portfolio of properties to rent and have established strong relationships with a number of successful local and international tour operators, travel agents and on-line reservation systems for renting out chalets and apartments and you will benefit from this extra source of business.
PAYMENT PLAN
Secure your mountain chalet now!
Any chalet can be immediately secured by sending a deposit of 2000 EUROS. After we receive your deposit, the chosen chalet will be stopped immediately from the market and reserved for you.
90% - on preliminary contract
10% - two months after signing preliminary contract
Please note that it is needed to register a limited company in Bulgaria to own a chalet. Our lawyers will provide full assistance.
